Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Track Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed before 2pm PST. If you select over night, orders will be sent the same day they are received via USPS Priority Mail Express. We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver your package at the time given by them.
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be potential Customs processing time that may pose a delay in order tracking and delivery. We are not in control of the Customs processing time, and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
Free Shipping Promotions
All free shipping orders with promotional codes are only eligible for domestic orders and sent as First Class Mail. Shipping with promotional codes are not eligible for international orders. If the weight of your package exceeds the maximum allowed weight for First Class Mail, then the package will be shipped as Priority Mail at our cost. Otherwise, all orders with free shipping promotional codes will be processed and shipped as First Class Mail.
Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If a package is returned to Glam Lashdoll due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS once they leave our warehouse.
