Return Policy

If you have received the wrong order, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may not be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for any other reason other than being the wrong order.


Final Sale

All sale items are final sale. This includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price.

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.


Returning an Item to Glam Lashdoll

Please be sure to read our Refund & Return Policy in full before proceeding. In order to return an item to Glam Lashdoll, email us at requesting instructions on how to return an item.  Please include your order number on the subject line for faster service.


Processing Time for Refunds & Returns

Your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days upon receiving your package. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional y 3-5 business days to process and post a the refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


International Returns

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
